These terms and conditions regulate the consumers’ use of goods and services provided by MyMuse. The terms apply to all sales transactions completed through the online store of MyMuse, granted that no other conditions have been agreed.


To shop at MyMuse you must register a user account or act as a guest. Registration is free and without obligation. The information will be stored safely and will not be available to unauthorized people. Upon registration, you are obliged to read through the terms of purchase. If a password is distributed it should be stored securely. You are responsible for not leaving your registration information to third parties. Violation of this obligation can lead to liability.

Distribution of personal information

MyMuse is responsible for any personal information you provide, or that is made available to us when you place an order or visit our website. The information will be used for product distribution and to send you information about services from MyMuse. MyMuse will under no circumstance share personal information or other information about our customers with a third-party. By creating a user account on MyMuse, you grant us permission to use your email address to send you marketing about our products. You can reserve yourself from this on the registration form. You have the right to know what information we have registered on you and to claim these deleted.

Insertion of purchase order

Only people over 18 years old are eligible to shop at MyMuse. A completed purchase order is binding. False orders will be reported to the police. Attempted fraud, forgery and other criminal activities will be prosecuted. By shopping at MyMuse you declare to be 18 years old or older.

Order procedures

All orders are processed on a continuous basis. Once your order is approved, you will immediately receive an email from MyMuse with an order confirmation.


MyMuse accepts credit- and debitcards as payment methods. Our payment page is powered by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. The information provided to Stripe is governed by Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy located at and, respectively. We are not responsible for the performance of Stripe.

Klarna payment method

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service.   • Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.   • Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct Debit: Available in Germany, Sweden, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
  • Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. Card payment online

MyMuse accepts the following cards: Visa and Mastercard, as well as all other debit cards marked with the VISA logo. When paying by card, the payment amount is deducted from your account. If there is a problem with the delivery, the amount will be credited back to your account.

Shipping and fees

MyMuse uses UPS as shipping provider. There is free shipping on all orders over €100, otherwise the shipping fee is €9,90. Local fees may apply to non-EU countries such as Switzerland and Iceland.

Terms of delivery

Delivery is handled by UPS. Regular shipping time is 2-5 business days. MyMuse is not responsible for any delays in transportation when the shipment is handed over to UPS. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. The customer is financially responsible for lost shipments if this is due to an incorrect address.

Product information

MyMuse strive to always provide you with accurate information. But it may occur that we receive incorrect information from our suppliers. In the case that incorrect information is provided by our suppliers, MyMuse reserve the right to change product range, availability and price as a result of this. Due to the lack of international standards for sizes, some goods may be converted to fit the size guides found on our website. Therefore, there may be deviations between ordered size and the size labeled from the supplier. The product is still in line with the size guides provided in our website. Size guides are only indicative, and some variations may occur.

Return and right of withdrawal

1. Regret purchase prior to delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, this can be done by writing an email to You must type “REGRET PURCHASE” in capital letter in the subject line and send the email as soon as possible, because we usually prepare the order a few hours after we have registered the order. Due to prompt order processing, no guarantee is given when the order is cancelled before shipment. In such cases, we refer to your right of withdrawal.

2. Free return after delivery – free return shipping
If you want to return an item after it has been sent from MyMuse you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving the item. At MyMuse you have 30 days free return, shipping costs related to the return is also free! Note that the right of return applies only if the item is returned within 30 days in the same state as it was sent to you. This means the right to refund no longer applies if the seal on the panty is broken or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition, unless this is due to circumstances beyond your control. You can use the original packaging for the return shipment.

3. Unclaimed packages
We will charge a fee of €30 when uncollected parcels are returned to us. This is to cover shipping and handling costs.

Uncollected packages are not covered by the right to withdrawal or our open purchase policy. You must pick up your parcel within 7 business days after it has arrived at the UPS Access Point. After 7 days the parcel will automaticly be retuned to us and you risk a penalty fee of €30.

4. Return of an order after it has been received/collected
Fill in the claim form and disclose it in the package (the form can be found in the parcel). Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, wrap it carefully and return the package to us.

You have two options to return your package. Either you choose to have the return picked up at en address of your chosing or you leave the return at a UPS Access Point. Call UPS, order a pick up or find your nerest access point at

5. Credit or exchange applicable to the right of cancellation
When a product is returned to MyMuse we must confirm that the purchase meets the criteria for complaint.

Complaint due to a product defect

Full warranty is granted for all our products in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. The general rule is that there are two years’ right to claim manufacturing defects. The customer should report the defected product within a reasonable time after the error has been discovered.

Before you submit your complaint, you must be sure that the defect did not incurred by you through negligence. The product must also be shipped to us within a reasonable time after the error has been detected to allow you to claim a refund.

To make a complaint, send an email to and explaine the reason for your complaint. Add your order number and whether you want a credit note or a refund. Disclose the form when your return the product. The product should be packed properly, preferably in its original packaging. Insert the return slip on the package and order your pick up from

Refunds associated with special campaign, e.g. buy 3 pay for 2, and shop for €50, get a €10 discount.
Once we have received your return, we will recalculate your order. If the discount requirements are not achieved, the discount will be deducted from your refund. All discount codes are calculated based on the product value.


All our prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise states. Prices are quoted in euros.

Customer’s duties

The person registered as a customer at MyMuse is responsible for payment of the products and services that has been delivered by MyMuse or our affiliates. This responsibility also covers another person use of the customer’s access, including unauthorized access, unless there are evidence that the unauthorized use was enabled through negligence on the MyMuse webpage. The customer is obliged to comply with the applicable return policy, including the relevant regulations and law.

Force majeure

If MyMuse is prevented from delivering, making necessary replacement, or should such an obligation of delivery be unreasonably burdensome as a result of labour disputes or any other circumstance out of our control such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military summoning of substantial scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots, shortage of means of transport, general product shortages, limitations in the supply of power, as well as shortcomings or delays of deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances mentioned, MyMuse is exempt from any liability other than in the case of complaint to credit the item’s purchase price.

Change in terms

MyMuse reserves the right to change the current terms, due to changes in the law.
