How do I return a product? 
We offer free return and 30 days purchase on approval. When you receive your package from us you will also receive a return form. Fill out the form and add this to the return package. If you wish to exchange a size or model please contact our customer service so that we can reserve the items for you.

Attach the accompanying return label to the return package. Leave the return at the closest UPS Access Point or order a free pick up from you home or from your work.

MyMuse uses UPS for delivery. Ordinarily, we send your order the next coming workday after you placed the order. The delivery time is approximately between 2 to 5 workdays.

Purchase on approval
We offer 30 days purchase on approval. This means that you can return the order or parts of the order during this time period, provided that the products are unused and that any seals remain intact.

Does MyMuse have any physical stores where I can see and try out your products? 
No. MyMuse has no physical stores. We believe that our customers can have a better experience by trying our products in peace and quiet at home. However, we offer 30 days purchase on approval and free return in case you don´t fancy the products or they don´t fit you a 100%.

Do I have to pay any customs or value-added taxes when I shop at MyMuse? 
No. You don´t pay any customs or value-added tax when shopping at us. Local fees may apply to non-EU countries such as Switzerland and Iceland.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free when you buy for €100 or more. Otherwise, the shipping costs is €9,90.

Is it possible to make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?
Contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. If your order is not beeb packed yet, it’s no problem making changes.

What size should I choose?

How can I know if the items I want is in stock?
All products available on the website is in stock and are ready to be shipped. If you cannot find the model or size you are looking for on the website, it may be sold out. Please send us an email to support@mymuse.eu and we might be able to add the product to our next order.

How do I use discount codes?
Discount codes are registered at checkout. Click “Proceed to Checkout” from the shopping cart and select “Discount code/ Gift Voucher” under the list of products in your shopping cart. You will be able to enter your discount code. You cannot use more than one discount code per order or combine codes with other offers.
